Honey limoncello


5 cl of Limoncello

1/2 teaspoon liquid honey

3cl of Amber Rum

3 - 4 mint leaves

11 cl of sparkling water


In shaker put the Limoncello, add the Rum and mix well.

Add the honey and mix.

Pour into a glass and add the sparkling water and the mint leaves for decoration.
