in ten communes around Cerdon, in the department of Ain. The harvest is done manually. 2 grape varieties are used to make Cerdon.
the poulsard (red grape) and gamay (black grape with white juice).
They make rosé wines of great finesse.
As you get older, the cerdon gives an onion peel color and a delicate scent.
