Le Cerdon is a French rosé sparkling wine produced in Bugey
in ten communes around Cerdon, in the department of Ain.
The harvest is done manually.
2 grape varieties are used to make Cerdon.
the poulsard (red grape) and gamay (black grape with white juice).
They make rosé wines of great finesse.
